|Recommended: No3 Year Review Of Riverfront Heights — The staff continuously misses emails, does not communicate well, and does not inform you when they incorrectly charge your account. I placed a washer and dryer maintenance order months ago, and it was never fixed or followed up on. Its a nice community to live at otherwise, I just wish the staff wouldn't ignore emails and make as many mistakes as they do and communicate a little bit more. Also, my rent has consistently been increased every year I have been here so there is no loyalty to me as a timely paying resident.

|Recommended: YesOverall Is Good — I have moved in for almost a month. Everything looks fine. Except that I lost a delivered package. I have to ship my package to my company Hope the rest of my time here will be safe.

|Recommended: YesDisappointing — It has potential to be a nice, quiet, family friendly residential area however, the residents mess that up. The property isn't as clean as it could be and residents don't clean up after their pets. The buildings aren't really secure and it is easy to hear noise, arguing vulgar language , domestic violence, music and sex in your neighboring apartments. The property staff drag their feet with repairs almost as if they do not care because it doesn't affect them. I only live here because it is affordable and close to work. I guess you get what you pay for.

|Recommended: YesI Cant See The Full Question — I am not sure 100 I've only lived here for 4 days but so far I like it. There's just one huge problem for me but overall I think it may be great here.
|Recommended: YesLove — I love the office staff Marie is my favorite and absolute best She really cares for her residents She deserves a raise The property manager is awesome as well I would recommend the apartments due to the staff alone. The apartments themselves are really nice for the price.We love our new home. Great space, just wish the walls weren't so paper thin.

|Recommended: NoParking--- I can always find a spot but you only get 5 guest pass a month to park. Plan for your guest to walk far to get to your apartment once you are over that limit.
Noise--- It is pretty peaceful and quiet as it can be.
Grounds--- I think the community needs to do a better job with littering. The maintenance people will pick up trash every morning. The dumpsters some times over flow. There is no place to recycle.
Maintenance---I had work done in my bathroom that was done poorly. I think they have alot of jobs to do themselves. The maintenance team has improved on getting the jobs done in a timely matter but the quality of work is poor. Management isn't great.

Overall, rent is affordable. You get what you pay for
